To cancel a service click on Services -> My Services from the main menu.
Click on the service you want to cancel. Then click on the red cancel button.
If you select Immediate cancellation we will credit your unused service time according to the monthly billing rate. Access to the software will be disabled immediately.
If you select End of Billing Cycle your service will remain active until the next renewal date. On the next renewal date access to the software will be disabled.
