To upgrade or downgrade your service simply cancel your existing service and order the desired service.
When cancelling your existing service, select Immediate cancellation. When we review the cancellation we will create a store credit for your unused service time. The store credit will be calculated according to the monthly rate for the service.
When you order your new service, your store credit will be applied to your new invoice.
